Clean Energy Hour

Insight:

Drivers speeding around school zones in Korea became a serious national issue. Even the lawmakers have passed an unprecedented law that punishes drivers for a life sentence when they accidentally kill children. However, even if the punishment was historically raised, accidents never stopped.

Idea:

Based on this insight, we've developed a navigation system that helps you find the nearest charging stations that charge EVs with clean energy. Also, we will create a nationwide outdoor campaign that informs the public when clean energy is serviced to the city grid.

전기차를 구매하면 환경에 크게 기여한다고 생각하시나요? 오픈런아카데미 학생들은 전기차를 충전하는 연료는 화석연료라는 점을 찾아냈습니다. 그리고 도시 그리드 시스템에 도시마다 클린에너지가 다른 시각에 들어온다는 점을 찾아냈습니다. (예를들어, 저녁에 바람이 많이부는 샌프란시스코에서는 풍력발전기에서 발전되는 클린에너지가 밤에 도시 그리드로 들어옵니다. )
그래서 볼보는 클린에너지가 도시 그리드로 들어오는 시기를 알리고, 네비게이션을 통해 클린에너지를 충전을 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 만들었습니다.
