Insight:

According to research, we have found food delivery businesses such as Uber Eats and DoorDash doubled their sales since the pandemic had begun. But unfortunately, people have been ordering only from top-rated restaurants, which made other restaurants struggling even worse.

Idea:

So we came up with an audacious idea for Doordash. An idea to reset the whole review to give all the under-rated restaurants a chance to improve their service and food quality.

아이디어:

팬데믹이 시작되면서 음식 배달량이 급속하게 증가하였습니다. 하지만 안타깝게도 사람들은 음식을 주문할 때 리뷰가 가장 좋은 음식점 만을 선호하기에, 리뷰가 4점 아래인 음식점들이 이 어려운 시기 하나둘씩 사라지고 있습니다. 그래서 그런 소상공인들을 구하고자 도어 대시는 리뷰를 전부 다 리셋하고 모든 음식점에 다시 좋은 리뷰를 받을 수 있게 해주는 새로운 아이디어를 제시합니다.
